Stan Ajemian

Stan Ajemian is a resilience and leadership coach who partners with high-performing individuals navigating change, adversity, and reinvention. Drawing from his own experiences, including surviving life-threatening accidents, personal loss, and career transition, he brings hard-won wisdom about radical acceptance and gratitude to clients committed to authentic leadership. He serves as President of ICF Colorado, raising the bar for coaching excellence and expanding access to transformative learning. When not coaching, Stan immerses himself in nature through backcountry skiing and hiking, and often blends movement with mindfulness.

My signature program, "Embody Your Creativity," combines group coaching sessions with holistic practices—integrating yoga, sound healing, and Jin Shin Jyutsu to cultivate presence and innovation through collaboration and connection in community settings. With 15 years of international corporate experience and a multinational background, I create transformative spaces where coaches and leaders reconnect with their creative essence. As CreativeMornings Boulder Lead, I foster inclusive communities for inspiration and growth across cultures. A scuba diver, trail runner, and mountain biker, I connect with nature daily and bring that same presence to every coaching session. Growth begins with presence and shared humanity.

During her tenure as an HR executive, she worked with all levels of leaders to build skill and enhance effectiveness through growth-oriented goal exploration and achievement. She has deep experience in managing cross-functional relationships and large-scale programs, specializing in technology and healthcare organizations. As a coach, she brings an empathetic, strength-based approach to meet people where they are, supporting them in taking the small steps that will lead to the bold changes and improvements they want to make.

Allyson Breyfogle, MA,PCC, Coach for ithrive 31 and owner of Mosaics Coaching, brings over 20 years of professional development and coaching expertise. She currently helps individuals and groups transform transitions with clarity, wisdom and purpose. A past recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship to India for Teacher Excellence and current moderator for the Aspen Institute Community Programs, Allyson cares deeply about how youth and adults of all ages design and redesign who they are and how they engage in the world. As a coach, her expertise on life-phase transitions focuses on amplifying inherent wisdom and utilizing such wisdom to make transformative change.

Jonathan is a PhD-trained neuroscientist and executive leader with over 20 years experience at the National Institutes of Health. He is an ACC certified coach who partners with scientists, government executives, and mission-driven leaders to expand their influence, navigate complexity, and lead with purpose. Jonathan leverages his background in scientific communication to enhance ICF Colorado’s marketing and communications in ways that reach and serve diverse audiences. Jonathan is new to Denver, but as he has conquered his first 14er, he is confident that he can now call Colorado home.

While I have been coaching leaders and teams in a business context for over 15 years, my strong relationships with my widowed mother and grandmothers led me to coaching women who have lost their life partners. I love being a part of a woman's journey to "re-find herself" and figure out what she wants from the life she has now! I hold ICF (ACC), Clifton Strengths, and EQ-i certifications among other business, technology, and agile certifications. I am a Colorado Native (Evergreen strong!) and world traveler, photographer, and reader. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, I drive opportunities for ICF-CO coaches to increase the impact of Colorado non-profits through team and leadership coaching, offering ICF-CO’s coaches opportunities to: make Colorado a better place to live; apply what we learn in ICF-CO learning groups to grow our coaching skills and promote mastery of the ICF Core Competencies; earn paid coaching hours toward ICF certifications; and champion access to professional coaching for non-profits while demonstrating the value of professional coaching across Colorado.

Jen McDowell is an executive coach and consultant who helps individuals and organizations navigate complexity and periods of change with clarity and confidence. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience as a former healthcare attorney, she blends strategic rigor with emotional intelligence to support individuals, teams, and boards across multiple industries. As a member of the ICF Colorado board, Jen is committed to supporting strong governance, clear communication, and collaborative leadership that enables the chapter and its members to thrive. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, time with family and friends, volunteering with the Santa Fe Animal Shelter and spending time outdoors in Northern New Mexico.

Kim partners with organizations to empower leaders at all levels to achieve their highest potential and greatest results. She combines her insider expertise with an outsider’s fresh perspective. Kim collaborates to drive impactful outcomes that support individual and team growth. She is known for connecting business strategy, culture, and talent enabling individual, team and organizational impact. As an ACC certified coach, Kim is delighted to also bring this same passion for collective growth into her partnership with ICF Colorado as the Director of Education. She is certified in several leadership development tools including MBTI®, EQi-2.0®, Change Style Indicator®, Influence Style Indicator™, and SLII®.

Andy Scantland

Andy, PCC, is an executive coach and leadership consultant with more than 5,800 hours of professional coaching experience. He has served on the ICF Colorado Board since 2016 including service as President in 2024 and 2025. Andy received his training through the ICF-accredited Co-Active Training Institute as well as a certified Strengths Coach through The Marcus Buckingham Company and a Fellow Coach with the BetterUp organization. He is certified in Brain-based Coaching through the Neuroleadership Institute and in Fred Kofman’s Conscious Business Coaching model. He and his wife and mutt live in Durango, CO where Andy loves to run, hike, and ski.
