Continuing Coach Development (NoCo CCD)
Dates: 4th Thursday of each month (January - October; 1st Thursdays in November - December)
Time: 7:00 - 8:30pm MT
Location: Zoom Meeting Room
Minimum 4; No Maximum
CCEs: 1.5 in Resource Development (per group meeting you attend)
Continuing Coach Development: coaches coaching coaches! Monthly meetings, with topic presentation, group discussion, then triad coaching (coach, coaches, observer) with direct coaching feedback by the coach. New and experienced coaches, and coaches desiring discussion and triad coaching practice and feedback will all benefit from this group!
Key Learning Points and Benefits for Participants:
* Practice coaching with direct feedback (in a coaching model of inquiry)
* Topic presentation re: relevant skills for coaches
* Gain new and/or augmented skills and insight

Meeting Logistics:
- Monthly Zoom video conference meetings. For now, Zoom Meetings for 1.5 - 2 hours. When we can meet in person again, it will be for 3 hours including a meal and networking time.
