About this event

CCEUs: 2 RD

In the past year, there has been tremendous political and legislative backlash towards DEI. While this backlash may be politically motivated, that does not mean it’s completely wrong.

There have been problematic elements in DEI programs for years so it behooves us to ask ourselves, are we truly taking actions that improve individual, team and organizational performance? Are we taking actions that help us achieve our organization’s strategic objectives?

During this session, we’ll address these questions and discuss 3 actions you can take to enhance the quality of DEI programs and boost your
organization’s ROI. We’ll also discuss what works best in DEI
and identify specific metrics you can use to measure relevant
outcomes.
