About the facilitators
Linda Rad earned her Team Coaching Credential from ICF in 2023. Linda coaches leadership teams, executives, facilitates strategic conversations, and helps teams build trust, cohesion, and high performance. Linda has facilitated numerous coach education events, previous team coaching, and conscious leadership learning groups for Colorado ICF. Linda is a co-director of coach education for Envision Team Synergy. Linda and Nancy are rolling out a new Pathway to Team Coaching Certification program for coaches starting in 2026.
Nancy Benthien earned her team coaching credential from ICF in 2024. She coaches leadership teams and executives and helps organizations build their culture. Nancy has facilitated numerous educational and strategic experiences for Colorado ICF and many others. She has spoken to and facilitated previous team coaching learning groups. Nancy is a director of coach education for Envision Team Synergy. Nancy and Linda are rolling out a new Pathway to Team Coaching Certification program for coaches starting in 2026.
