About Your Facilitator
Andy Conigliaro is an accomplished coach (ICF PCC, CTI CPCC) and proven operations, finance, and business strategy executive with 20+ years of building successful teams and transforming technology businesses. Since 2019, he has
coached over-extended leaders across industries and levels from a place of personal experience and a passion to serve and support.
In 2020, Andy led the financial due diligence for the acquisition of CrossFit LLC and as a member of the executive team, he guided financial strategy and coached leaders throughout the organization. Previously, he spent 12 years at Oracle Data Cloud (Datalogix prior to its 2014 acquisition), culminating as Group Vice President, Business Strategy and Operations, acting as the CFO/COO of the 1600-person business unit comprised of 6 acquisitions spread across 14
countries.
