Description:
In coaching’s early days, "hat on, hat off" was used to justify switching roles - sharing advice while still "coaching." Today, we know this undermines effectiveness. In this workshop, Elias Scultori, MCC, explores why role-switching falls short and how to instead share insights through the coaching mindset. You’ll discover how to offer observations without slipping into consulting, strengthen your coaching presence, and deepen awareness. Whether you’re new or seasoned, you’ll leave with tools to refine ICF Core Competency #7 - Evokes Awareness.
