Continuing Coach Development: coaches coaching coaches! Monthly meetings, with topic presentation, group discussion, then triad coaching (coach, coaches, observer) with direct coaching feedback by the coach. New and experienced coaches, and coaches desiring discussion and triad coaching practice and feedback will all benefit from this group!
Key Learning Points & Benefits for Participants:
- Practice coaching with direct feedback (in a coaching model of inquiry)
- Topic presentation re relevant skills for coaches
- Gain new and/or augmented skills and insight
