1.5 in Core Competencies
Description:
Presence isn't something you do. Instead, the coach does a few other things that result in maintaining presence. In this session, Tony will share the things we as coaches do to create presence. We will explore and explain the interplay of the core competencies, as practices in daily life, as focus in a coaching conversation and as a result of achieving a deeper state of being and connection as a coach. It will also include some practical exercises for immediate use.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
This session is based on the interplay of the 8 competencies. All will be covered. The session structure will show how the competencies can be incorporated into daily life practices as well as how to use them in a coaching conversation.
