Continuous Coaching Development
From Geo Roberts, ICF-Colorado Member:
For the past year, I have contemplated holding a get together here in Colorado Springs of coaches, would be coaches, and leaders in business who want to build a coaching culture. As I come from a flying background of high performance jets, I recognized the value of professionals meeting together and not just talking about our industry and passion, but to do it under the watchful eye of a fellow coach to keep our skills sharp. In my 35 plus years in the UK, we continually ran “live coaching” events to help us hone our skills.
Therefore, upon mentioning this to ICF Colorado Board Members, I was thrilled they would help us launch this and support our efforts. Jacquie Fedo, the President Elect of ICF Colorado, has graciously agreed to come to our inaugural meeting and participate. Thank you, Jacquie!

Live Coaching Practice in Triads –
"Why I love coaching and what success looks like in the next year"
(Once in threes, we’ll rotate roles of: client, coach and coach of the coach. Client answers the question after identifying one aspect of coaching they would like to be coached on. The coach then coaches the client for up to 15 minutes. The coach agrees with their coach what aspect of coaching they want to work on as a coach. The coach’s coach then uses the time of live coaching to work with the coach on their coaching!) It works really well, and can be a lot of fun with a bit of a stretch thrown in.)
