Description:
Power is a potent topic in our world today. According to Lyn, Right Use of Power is about using power ethically and with strength and heart, and power is about relationships. In this workshop, Lyn will guide us to a deeper understanding of three types of power. The participants can explore what power is, and gain awareness on how people can underuse, misuse, or abuse their powers. You will learn how to differentiate between types of power, and walk away with new ways of perceiving yourself and strengthening your abilities to take action from power, strength and heart. This program will be interactive and experiential, so you will have opportunities to reflect on and integrate your learning in triad coaching practice. This workshop will help coaches gain a new tool to help their clients explore this complex issue of power.
