ICF-CO In-Person Meeting: Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching

Title: Organization, Relationships and Systems Coaching

November 14, 2019
6:00-8:30pm MT

In-Person Meeting

Speaker: Chris Coward, MSW, PCC

CCEs: 1 in Core Competencies and .5 for Resource Development

A light meal will be served at the meeting.

Description:

Relationship Systems Coaching is different from individual coaching. A system is composed of many parts, yet the sum is greater than those parts. Relationship systems have a natural drive toward evolution and/or resolution. For this reason the Relationship Systems Coach has one primary job: to reveal the system to itself. By helping the system to see itself — its strengths, its obstacles, its potential — the coach can create the ground conditions for the system to find its own answers.

This session will discuss Relationship Systems Coaching and how it can be used with teams, partnerships, couples and individuals.

And the following ICF Core Competencies checked will be taught primarily through experiential exercises pulled from Organization Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) teachings:

Co-creating the Relationship: Coaching Presence
Communicating Effectively: Active Listening
Communicating Effectively: Powerful Questioning
Facilitating Learning and Results: Creating Awareness
Facilitating Learning and Results: Designing Actions
Facilitating Learning and Results: Planning and Goal Setting
