Our May theme is about building great habits in our coaching. Direct Communications is an ICF core competency and hugely helpful to our clients when we deliver it with great care and intention. As a coach, we can be immensely supportive of our clients by telling our truths in the moment. But sometimes we shy away because, perhaps we doubt our own insight or experience or we're afraid of steering the client in the wrong direction.
Marilyn O'Hearne, MCC, has led sessions literally all over the world and will share with us how to do this with insight and impact and by holding out client's best interests and capacity at a high level. This interactive and experiential session will include demo coaching and lots of great learning.
