2023 Colorado Springs Coaching and Leadership Development (CCLD)


Dates: 4th Thursday of each month
Time: 6:00 - 9:00pm MT
Location: Colorado Springs; address provided after registration

CCEs: 2.0 in Core Competencies and 0.5 in Resource Development (to be confirmed)

Minimum: 6; Maximum: 25






This educational community brings coaches and local leaders together to discuss and apply coaching principles.

The educational time includes facilitated discussions and time for application of the coaching principles.

Key Learning Points & Benefits for Participants:
• Hone your skills in coaching, regardless of what level you are now.
• Learn by doing, observing, and reflecting on what good practice is.
• Commitment to apply one idea after each session.
• Reinforce learning by review after application.
• Make new friends, and/or deepen relationships with other leaders and coaches.
• Between sessions, We shall host a Basecamp group, and with everyone's agreement, put each person's commitment for the month in there.
  Then, when it comes time to share, we can celebrate everyone's application from each session.

Meeting Logistics
Primarily an in-person event yet Zoom will be set up for anyone who cannot make it and wishes to attend.
Light hors d'oeuvres will be provided.

   Born in Kansas USA, Geo spent 15 years in the USAF, 11 of those years as a fighter pilot and instructor trainer. This inspired 
   Geo’s passion for helping others achieve their potential. He has designed and delivered coaching training and leadership
   development programs for more than 35 years attended by 1000's of people worldwide, and particularly in Europe. He is an
   inspirational coach who has a passionate belief in the ability we have as people to make the permanent changes in attitudes
   and behaviors that lead to lasting performance improvement. This means he is able to get even the most intransigent of
   attitudes to shift from boardroom to coal face level. Geo has coached CEO's, individuals and teams across a wide range of
   local, national and international organizations such as Visa, Wessex Water, Baxter Healthcare, PGA European Tour, Domino
Printed Images, RNN Architects, Marks and Spencer, Avon Rubber, Impetus, Mapp, Strategic Innovation, Oceanium, CACI, and John Lewis. His book, IMPACT! How to Make a Positive Difference, is an autobiographical workbook and manual to help inspire and motivate people from all ages and backgrounds to make the changes necessary to lead rich, fulfilling and transformational
lives.




   Chad Manifold, CISSP, PMP


   Chad enjoys helping leaders make a sustainable outsized impact. He leverages his 22+ years in the US Air Force Reserve,
   including Squadron Command of a Communications unit, to help leadership define their vision and how to make significant
   progress.

   Joanne is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level. Coaching
   since 2013, Joanne provides leadership coaching to leaders in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. She also enjoys the
   energy and possibility inherent in group and team coaching. Joanne revels in helping leaders find the resiliency, flexibility, and
   vision to thrive in today’s environment.
