Gather with other coaches to explore ways to enhance relationships. We will focus on love partnerships, and these skills are adaptable to all meaningful relationships. We’ll explore the process of moving from old paradigms of entangled codependency into more evolving heartwise patterns of autonomy and interdependence.

Key Learning Points & Benefits for Participants:

• Strengthen skills and attitudes for working with couples in coaching sessions.
• Narrate and be mindful of stages of development relationships go through.
• Learn and practice 6 main elements of being heartwise.
• Expand your skillset to include group coaching with couples.
• Practice in breakout sessions, using triad coaching.
• Increase your repertoire of tips and tools to connect with oneself, one's partner and the Greater Whole

Experiential Learning Through:

  • Each session will include centering exercises to calm our nervous systems and prepare us for learning. These contribute to creating a safe environment in our group, as well as to use when working with couples, singles, and groups.
  • We will role-play, demonstrate, and practice ways of being heartwise.
  • In a safe, sacred circle, we imagine gathering around the wisdom pool, to share in dyads, triads, small groups and whole groups.
  • We encourage meeting with a partner between sessions with specific tools to practice.
  • Suggested practice between sessions: Journaling one's own process, practicing with one's own partner, reading (ie our HeartWise book, our Secrets of a Soulful Marriage book, as well as other relationship books), listening to podcasts on relationship topics, discovering one's own expertise and passion for working with couples.
  • We are building online learning for couples with many valuable resources. Meet in pairs or triads to practice in between, use Basecamp to stay in touch and share.
