Join us for a unique and creative outdoor experience with the ICF Colorado Hike & Paint event! This course provides an opportunity to broaden your coaching possibilities with clients interested in painting while surrounded by nature’s serenity. What does this mean for your clients? Connect with nature, tackle personal challenges, and use painting as an outlet to process and express what is currently happening.
How Painting Can Help: Painting is a powerful tool for self-expression and problem-solving. It helps participants explore their thoughts and emotions non-verbally, gain new insights, reduce stress, and promote mental well-being. By translating their inner experiences onto the canvas, participants can find clarity and a sense of accomplishment. The physical movement involved in painting activates neurons, enhancing cognitive functions and stimulating creative thinking. This can lead to heightened awareness and mindfulness, helping participants process their thoughts more effectively and find innovative solutions to their problems.
About Embody Your Creativity
We will collaborate with diverse artist across Colorado and learn from creatives how they form deeper connections with people through art such as movement, nature, color, music, and how we can expand our own creativity to embody this in our own coaching skills in working with our clients.
The main purpose of these meetings is to explore, learn, practice and expand our personal coaching skills to enhance this in unique creative ways in coaching our clients.
This is for anyone who desires to be more creative and is interested in learning from artist how to stimulate our own creativity in coaching to deepen the relationship with our clients.
