Leveraging the Power of Transformative Coaching

The term “transformational or transformative coaching” is becoming overused to the point that people may no longer perceive the true power underlying real Transformational Coaching. So how do we discern if a coach is practicing truly Transformative Coaching, and how is transformation different from change? Join us at the October ICF-CO meeting, where Jennifer Joyce will unpack key questions surrounding the distinction of Transformative Coaching, and what sets it apart from other approaches. Together we’ll explore the root cause of our clients’ inability to release old patterns and paradigms that keep them stuck, and gain knowledge on how to leverage the power of Transformative Coaching across a range of coaching niches. There will be an opportunity for a volunteer to gain new insight around an old undermining pattern via real-time Transformative Coaching. The live coaching demonstration will also bring the model to life for the audience giving everyone the chance for a heightened appreciation for the power of Transformative Coaching.

ABOUT JEN JOYCE

Jennifer Joyce is a sought-after pioneer in leadership, relationship and life coaching; She brings 25 years of business savvy and life training to her practice. She established herself early on as an innovator in the field of Leadership Development and Executive Coaching when she was the driving force behind award-winning leadership development programs delivered at Bell Labs. After years of invaluable experience in Corporate America as an Organizational Development professional, Jen’s latest chapter is more strongly focused on her clients’ personal lives. Her coaching clients are experiencing life changing results using an integrative coaching modality informed by the disciplines of Transformational Learning and Coaching, adult development, and the latest findings in brain-patterning research. Jennifer holds a Master of Industrial Social Work degree from the University of Houston and a BA in International Communications from the University of Colorado. She graduated from the Coaches Training Institute Coaching Program and the Leadership Institute of Seattle Executive Coaching Program. Jen is also a certified coach for Katherine Woodward Thomas’ Conscious Uncoupling and Calling in the One, which has allowed significant growth in her expertise in Transformative Coaching.
