ABOUT THE WEBINAR
Western Region Advisory Council (WRAC) Virtual Event (Zoom webinar)
Working with Business Vision - What's next for your business?
ICF Saskatchewan is partnering with the ICF Western Region Advisory Council (WRAC) and reaching out to a wider community - 17 Chapters wide - to host a virtual webinar event on November 13th.
Facilitated by Jennifer Britton, MES, CHRP, CPT, PCC, a well-known author and thought leader in group and team coaching, she takes the (virtual) stage and asks, "What’s next for you in your coaching business in 2019?" Whether you are new to coaching or you’ve been in business for a long time, there is always a next level.
Successful business development is about having a vision, a plan, and taking consistent action, while tracking your results. As we move into the end of the year, it’s a great time to take stock of where we are with our businesses and where we want to grow.
This session will focus and explore where you are in your work, what is possible and how to inspire and give you the space to create a plan for the coming year. Geared to give practical and tactical ideas and to:
- Identify the sweet spot of your work and intersecting strengths
- Consider year end business stock-taking - the five key systems areas
- Experience and acquire a coach approach to working with an annual vision and goals
From Corporate Boardrooms, to South American jungles, and Canada’s Lakeland beauty, coach and author Jennifer Britton has spent her career supporting better conversations and learning with groups and teams. Jennifer is a well-known author and thought leader in group and team coaching.
Jennifer will share tools from her most recent book – The Coaching Business Builder Workbook and Planner, and reference her work.
