Breaking Down Silos and Improving Collaboration to Increase Organizational Effectiveness

Date and Time: May 20, 2021 from 1:00 - 2:00pm MT

Location: Virtual Program (Webinar)

Presenter
: Chris Coward, MSW, PCC

The term "silo" has been kicked around in organizations to describe how separated different teams are from each other. The pandemic has unfortunately increased silo behavior. The consequences of silos are duplicate work, lowered employee engagement and morale, contradictions in organizational messaging and mission, and a decrease in trust across the organization. This webinar will provide practical approaches to team building using a coach approach - within your own team and across other teams as well.
