The one hour webinar will be hosted by Geo Roberts with guest Dr Travis Hearne highlighting what transformational leadership is, why it is important, and how to continually develop 3 of the vital skills that dramatically improve how we lead and influence others.


Ideal target audience: Our target audience is tech savvy business leaders and managers whose role it is to provide the drive, confidence and innovation that transforms the environment in which we live, work and lead so people flourish and not flounder or leave.

BIOS

Geo Roberts, MCC
Born in Kansas, Geo spent 15 years in the USAF, 11 of those years as a fighter pilot and instructor. He is a combat veteran and flew 293 missions in Vietnam. Geo’s God given passion is helping tech savvy ambitious leaders provide the drive, confidence and innovation so their teams produce profitable results and enjoy doing it.

Geo devoted more than 35 years of his life in the United Kingdom working for top executives from both companies and non-profits who are experiencing change, or wish to make changes in how they conduct their operations. Key focus areas have been implementing Transformational Leadership practices.

Geo is an inspirational coach and leader who has a passionate belief in the ability we have as people to make the permanent changes in beliefs, attitudes and behaviors that lead to lasting performance improvement and fulfillment. This means he is able to get even the most intransigent of attitudes to shift from boardroom to coal face level. Geo has coached individuals and teams across a wide range of local, national and international organizations. He currently serves as the Colorado Chapter Director of Education for the International Coaching Federation and is certified by the ICF at the MCC level.

Geo has written a book, IMPACT! How to Make a Positive Difference which highlights his experiences in helping leaders from a variety of backgrounds develop at least 6 core skills for transformational leaders to take transformational action.

Geo lives with his wonderful wife Heidi in Colorado Springs. They have two sons, Nathan and Timothy, wonderful daughters-in-law and five grandchildren, all who live in the UK. As well as being a devoted grandfather, he enjoys golf, ‘building projects,’ bridge, being actively involved in his local church and USAFA Cadet Programs. He was honored in recently by the Cadet Wing as the Outstanding Squadron Professional Ethics Advisor.

Dr. Travis Hearne
Travis was raised in New Mexico and then served 9 years in the Marine Corps with two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan on combat duty. These and other expereriences helped to shape his life and form his passion. He is the founder, principal executive life coach, and organizational change consultant for Titanium Leadership Coaching and Consulting. He works with leaders and teams to apply Transformational Leadership Theory so they dramatically innovate and change things for the better.

Travis has completed his Doctoral Thesis at the University of Southern California focusing on leadership and organizational change. What drives Travis is helping leaders build strong and transformational organizations through incorporating wellness and holistic health. 

Besides running his Titanium Leadership practice, Travis serves as the Chief Interagency and Operations Officer at United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) focusing on innovative solutions to complex security problems and outreach to external partners. Travis lives in Colorado Springs with his amazing wife, Traci and their three marvelous boys. In his free time while raising his highly energetic sons he exercises regularly and loves being active in a local church.
