This inspiring and experiential webinar will focus on ICF Core Competency of Establishing the Coaching Agreement, and how doing less will improve your coaching.

Claire knows she can't teach you how to have transformational conversations. And she also knows there are plenty of things we can stop doing which will make transformation more likely.

Using a coaching demo and exploring some simple principles that are in the ICF Core Competencies, you'll see things a little differently. Less is more. Or as Antoine de Saint-Exupery said: "Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away."

You will gain new insights into:

• Looking at partnership in every stage of the conversation from start to finish so that the coach does less and the client does more.
• Staring and ending in partnership - also through demo and discussion.
• Ending in partnership - effectively and simply.
• Establishing the coaching agreement. Coaching in 5 minutes.
• Creating awareness - more simply.
