Dates: 2nd Friday of each month Times: 9:15am - 10:45am MT This education group is for coaches' personal and professional growth, with a focus on skill building in soliciting feedback, giving feedback well, receiving feedback well, and doing something meaningful with it. The central ethos of the group will be a commitment to being radically honest and deeply kind at the same time.

At each meeting, I shall introduce a specific feedback theme, skill or approach, and we shall explore and practice it together, putting ourselves right into the heart of the conversation with our peers and to explore how we both give and receive feedback. This is mainly experiential and exploratory.
