Description:

Our ICF-CO educational theme for June is the Joy of Coaching.

This month's educational event is designed to enhance the thrill and joy in our work by 1) being present 2) being masterful 3) having some fun with the client 4) get to successful outcomes. In this interactive workshop facilitated by our own amazing Geo Roberts, we will talk about two key elements of the coaching session that can lead to a great experience:
the beginning of the session in which we create a safe and trusting space
and
the end of the session in which insights are locked in and actions are identified. 

We will use conversation and peer coaching to address the following questions:
- What does it mean to have joy in coaching
- what does it feel like and what is important about it
- what is the benefit to the client


This will be a truly experiential and enlightening and joyful event as we learn from some of our most seasoned coaches and from our own experience.  A great treat to lead into summer!
