About this event

Even highly skilled coaches encounter clients who:
* Understand their patterns
* Can articulate their limiting beliefs
* Know what they “should” do
* Yet continue reacting in the same emotional loops

Participants will:
* Explore why cognitive awareness often fails to override emotional conditioning
* Understand the distinction between insight, regulation, and resolution
* Learn how emotional charge in the nervous system can unconsciously drive behavior
* Experience a guided micro-process for reducing emotional intensity in real time
* Practice a proven technique in pairs that can be responsibly integrated into coaching conversations

This session is highly experiential. Attendees will both receive and facilitate a brief emotional shift process, allowing them to directly experience the difference between discussing change and resolving emotional friction.

Participants will leave with a practical framework they can apply immediately to support clients who appear “ready” for change, but remain stuck in familiar emotional patterns.
