What is Social + Emotional Intelligence? How do you use this for high-impact coaching?

You’ll get a brief history of the field, an overview of the Four Quadrant Model, and then work through several case studies which show us how to begin coaching conversations, preserve client confidentiality, and begin the coaching process.

You can explore your own social and emotional intelligence by completing an online assessment, included with the webinar.

Amy SargentABOUT AMY SARGENT


She has worked in education for twelve years and most recently has managed operations, marketing and client services for various organizations in the Denver area. She currently serves as Executive Director at the Institute for Social + Emotional Intelligence (ISEI). This role requires strong interpersonal skills, creative writing, and social media marketing as she connects with clients to establish solid rapport and trust. Her background in teaching and ministry has given her a unique ability to relate easily with others in a professional yet authentic manner. 

Amy completed her Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Denver with an emphasis in Aesthetic Arts as well as an undergraduate degree in Theology from Ambassador University in Pasadena, California. She runs her consulting business, Adept Support Inc., and is a certified Social + Emotional Intelligence Coach, and has completed certification courses in Leader As Coach, Positive Psychology, and The Resilient Leader: Instilling Grit. When not working, she enjoys gardening, camping, adventure travel, kayaking, swing dancing, and writing inspirational personal narrative.
